WEDDING BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

Backspace Studio Official Policy – Effective September 1, 2008

a.) 20% down-payment upon confirming the booking schedule.
b.) 70% balance-payment seven (7) days before the event.
c.) 10% balance-full-payment upon delivery of prints and collaterals.
d.) Client will shoulder any transmittal fees outside Cebu City.
e.) Payment will be cash.
f.) Acknowledgment paper is signed both parties to confirm payments.

SURCHARGES
• Booking outside the Island of Cebu + 15% surcharge fee
• Booking outside the City of Cebu + Php 1,500 surcharge fee

The Couple will shoulder the meals, accommodation and round trip transport of the photographer(s) and the team.

Backspace Studio Wedding Photography & Video Team is very much willing to travel to any location around the Islands of Philippines (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao) for wedding photography and video coverage.
Backspace Studio is not only limited to Wedding Events but we welcome any photography requirements (Parties, Product Launching, Events and Other Occasions).

CANCELLATION TERMS

Backspace Studio Official Policy – Effective October 15, 2008

Cancellation of booking schedule is subject to the forfeiture of the 20% down payment.
Additional fee of 30% will be collected upon request for booking cancellation.
